韩式炸鸡狂热 Choo Choo Chicken @ Bandar Puteri, Puchong

有人跟我一样喜欢韩式炸鸡的吗 前一阵子,KL狂开韩式炸鸡店  除了Kyochon意外,还有Outdark, Chicken up, 4 Fingers 还有今天要介绍的 Choo Choo Chicken 其实它开了蛮久了,我真的很outdated我知道 韩式炸鸡之所以出名,因为他们会把炸鸡再稍微调料 炸鸡顿时变得有趣 可以选择Original flavor之外,也可以有其他口味 例如: Soy, Honey Soy, Sweet, Garlic和Spicy *注: Spicy是真的会很辣,大家小心 点了 Garden salad 简单的生菜小番茄拌芝麻酱 紫菜饭 可以配着炸鸡吃 紫菜是微微烤过的,闻起来很香 Ramen Topokki 我不是Topokki爱好者 :( 就只吃旁边的ramen而已,可惜他们用的ramen不是辛拉面的那种粗面条 点了3种不同口味的炸鸡 - Crispy, Garlic和Spicy 吃起来都偏油腻,就是吃了,嘴唇会油油一圈的那种 Garlic吃起来很香,会让人想一口接一口 Spicy就真的只是辣,如果你追求那种辣的刺激,可以try一下 Choo Choo Chicken (Puchong) Fried chicken. 日韩Fusion style - Impressoul Gastrology @ Sunway Pyramid Clio Hotel

今年新年,跟三五好友讨论要到哪里捞生 每次吃传统的捞生的确满没有新意的 当时刚好看到 Impressoul Gastrology 的facebook page有这样的韩式鱼生,就过来尝鲜尝鲜了 Impressoul Gastrology是家Korean-Japanese fusion餐厅 店内大厨韩国远道而来,而且获得无数美食大奖 想吃韩国帅哥做的料理可以到这里试试 店内设计很时尚,可以跟同事朋友过来小喝两杯,吃吃下酒菜,聊天说地的好地方 Wednesday还有ladies night,可以免费喝cocktail 不过我们的重点是 吃 ,下次再来喝酒 韩式鱼生Prosperity toss 本尊 九宫格的摆法(有菇,黄瓜,三文鱼,甜椒,章鱼,鱿鱼,萝卜丝,虾子等等) 佐料有bulgogi sauce,花生粒和店家特调sauce 跟捞生材料,一起捞得风生水起后 就用右边的面皮包着吃 这样的吃法满新鲜的,而且味道都很match,不会突兀 *面皮是温热的 点了 酱油拉面set meal 想不到分量这么的大 额外还有一客寿司跟小沙拉 人参鸡汤 半只鸡就这样赤裸的呈现在眼前 用料充足,鸡汤喝起来很有味道 微微的人参味,让人喝着也觉得精神起来 不免俗的,还order了 辣豆腐汤 (含一碗白饭) 最后是我们额外点的 卷寿司 忘记口味 以上是4个女生的分量,吃得满饱的 一个人大概需要RM60 店员很搞笑,会一直跟客人聊天讲笑话 Impressoul Gastrology Fusion. 【韩食】Outdark Malaysia @ SS15, Subang

说到韩国啊,不能不想起国民美食 chimek 炸鸡啤酒 今天就要介绍吃chimek的好去处啦 Outdark 的创始店开在韩国釜山 食物偏向韩式fusion;有点西式又有点韩式 最好的示范就是:炸鸡配韩式soju (photo credited to owner) 刚开始经过发现Outdark的时候都会觉得 wow 这建筑好酷哦 一定要找时间发掘下这里头到底是卖什么啊 很偶然的脸书上发现他们是家小有名气的韩国餐厅 废话不多说,赶快找三五好友来聚会了啊 刚抵达就留下很好的印象 亲切的oppa会帮你开门还会帮你带位 重点是这里的oppa比我公司的帅多了(嗯啊,我在韩国公司上班)) Pineapple juice ;是现榨果汁 吃油腻的,喝这个满解腻的 Cheese Kingdom 一锅就包含好多材料:有紫菜饭,topokki,泡菜,玉米还有cheese沟 cheese是混合mozarella & cheddar起司一起热 我们点海鲜口味,嫩Q的topokki混杂很多新鲜海鲜和菜一起煮 上菜时会有小火炉一起上桌,这样可以让cheese不会冷掉硬化 吃的时候可以那一块topokki再用cheese将topokki包起来再放到嘴里 Ok,吃这道菜一定要这样拉那个cheese才开心 S ignature Special Flavoured Fried Chicken with Imported Fries 嗯,我们点原味无骨炸鸡 很方便吃,因为省去吐骨的烦恼,所以一口接一口吃不停 薯条也是好好吃 他们营业时间到凌晨2点,绝对是夜咖的新蒲点 半夜不想再去咖啡店,可以试试看 而且最近他们在Sri Petaling开分店咯,大家可以自己去发掘下 Outdark Malaysia Korea cuisine.  Address: No 104, SS15/4, 47500 Subang Jaya Tel: 03-5886 1948 Operating hours: 5pm - 2am Facebook page: Outdark Malaysia

【韩食】Omaya 春川炒鸡 @ Menara Rajawali, SS15

今天要带大家到最新最夯的 Omaya春川炒鸡  挑了在最塞车的星期五放工后去 因为担心需要排队到不懂何年何月何日 我提早一个星期预约 工作人员:预约已经满了哦,但可以放你在walk in list priority这样 (好吧,也只能这样)) 幸运的,我们抵达就有空位子 快速的扫过menu 饮料部分有很多选择;彩虹冰蛮吸引我的 跟同事或同学来可以点西瓜清酒 like他们的脸书专页 【Omaya Malaysia】 ,再打卡check in就可以得到免费饮料 最近天气都阴晴不定 下雨天的星期五,点了热腾腾的 韩式部队锅 很喜欢韩国料理的原因:他们很注重营养,一锅里头有菜有肉有淀粉类有蛋白质 倒入高汤后,等待沸腾就可以搭配白饭开吃 再来是不能错过拉拉乐的 鱿鱼芝士年糕锅 因为整只炸鱿鱼太大只;工人员会帮忙,细心剪小块 还故意把芝士拉那么高,已经忍不住了啦 这道要赶在酥脆外衣还没有变软变湿之前吃掉 偏甜辣口味的topokki还有很多的鱼饼在里头 里头回音很多,会发现大家讲话都很大声 吃着吃着也没有mood去 东西味道和价钱都属于中上阶级 因为很红,很多人前往朝拜的关系, 每桌限时用餐时间两小时 Omaya Malaysia Korean. 很幸运的,KL慢慢有越来越多的外国美食 让我们不用出国也能享用到好吃的各地美食 早上吃roti canai配teh tarik,午餐吃韩国烤肉,晚餐来吃吃正宗意大利餐 我个人比较多的时间都在想吃热热辣辣的 韩国泡菜汤 我对披萨和汉堡已经免疫很久 前阵子去了家里附近的USJ Damen走走看看 原本想吃大家都说好吃的【有间面馆】爆浆肉圆面 就是因为大家都说好吃,所以大爆满(我发现每间【有间面馆】生意都很好耶)) 没有选择只好转战别的别的餐馆,刚好看见 B.bap 也想喝热汤;就坐下了 毫无犹豫,点了想吃的 泡菜汤套餐 Kimchi Jjigae (Chicken) banchan小菜有三种选择;泡菜,腌bayam和甜莲藕 这种不是老板本身在经营的连锁韩国餐厅的小菜都普普通通 泡菜的味道都达到我要的基本要求 最基本:泡菜味和料要足够 总不能叫客人白饭配一大碗汤而已吧 海鲜泡菜煎饼 Korean Kimchi Pancake 一筷子下起来,面粉均匀的包裹泡菜和各种海鲜 外皮煎的脆脆焦焦,咬起来咔茨咔茨的(好疗愈啊啊啊啊)) 现在打着打着,又想吃了 小鱿鱼石锅拌饭 Dol Sot Octopus Bi Bim Bap Dol Sot在韩语代表【石锅】 最好吃的拌饭一定要用石锅当盛器 靠近碗面的米饭会变得金黄色泽,口感偏脆 (类似我们马来西亚的瓦煲鸡饭) 上桌后赶快搅拌均匀,让五色配料和米饭都沾满辣酱,就可以吃咯 B.bap  Korean. Apgujeong Korean BBQ @ Solaris Mont Kiara

I think I will never feel boring about korean bbq . I'm personally like having grilled food while having alcohol drinks and spend time with friends and family. Looking for better taste of korean bbq is what I doing now instead of cafe hopping. It would be good if I born in Korea so I can have korean bbq, yangnyeom fried chicken and kimchi stew everyday every night. Previous post was about our coursemate gathering at Mont Kiara area. We went Villa Ju Bakery for some refreshing bingsu after heavy korean bbq. How can we conclude a meal without dessert. But today I'm going to share about our good meal at  Apgujeong Korean BBQ A very authentic Korean BBQ restaurant. We went there without any reservation yet we still able to get seats during weekend dinner time. Before this, I read some reviews from app. A guy commented " All the Koreans come here ".  Indeed. Gung Korean Restaurant @ Ampang Korean Village

It's been awhile I didnt hangout with my friends. I used to stick at home after working even it is weekend.  Anyway, my bff stop by KL on her way going back to Segamat. She decided to have a simple lunch and gathering with us, me and another girl. I did't see her after our crazy Tioman Island trip, I miss the old time with them. I can talk as loud as I can and do whatever I want :/ So, I went to collect my convocation attire at Utar Petaling Jaya campus. I know it is situated at Section 13 but I not sure which road. PJ road is super messy and Malaysia signboard always lead you to the wrong way.  That was my very first time step in PJ campus, I couldn't find where is PD block. I just followed few guys who want to go PD block as well and accidentally met my foundation classmate. I am such a lucky girl.  After that, met up my friend at Kelana Jaya LRT station and we off to Ampang Korean Village. I never been there, such a failure. Out lunch at Gung Korean...
