今年新年，跟三五好友讨论要到哪里捞生 每次吃传统的捞生的确满没有新意的 当时刚好看到 Impressoul Gastrology 的facebook page有这样的韩式鱼生，就过来尝鲜尝鲜了 Impressoul Gastrology是家Korean-Japanese fusion餐厅 店内大厨韩国远道而来，而且获得无数美食大奖 想吃韩国帅哥做的料理可以到这里试试 店内设计很时尚，可以跟同事朋友过来小喝两杯，吃吃下酒菜，聊天说地的好地方 Wednesday还有ladies night，可以免费喝cocktail 不过我们的重点是 吃 ，下次再来喝酒 韩式鱼生Prosperity toss 本尊 九宫格的摆法（有菇，黄瓜，三文鱼，甜椒，章鱼，鱿鱼，萝卜丝，虾子等等） 佐料有bulgogi sauce，花生粒和店家特调sauce 跟捞生材料，一起捞得风生水起后 就用右边的面皮包着吃 这样的吃法满新鲜的，而且味道都很match，不会突兀 *面皮是温热的 点了 酱油拉面set meal 想不到分量这么的大 额外还有一客寿司跟小沙拉 人参鸡汤 半只鸡就这样赤裸的呈现在眼前 用料充足，鸡汤喝起来很有味道 微微的人参味，让人喝着也觉得精神起来 不免俗的，还order了 辣豆腐汤 （含一碗白饭） 最后是我们额外点的 卷寿司 忘记口味 以上是4个女生的分量，吃得满饱的 一个人大概需要RM60 店员很搞笑，会一直跟客人聊天讲笑话 Impressoul Gastrology Fusion. 先来把帖都赶完，再继续找吃吧 今天要介绍适合放工后跟三五好友或同事聚餐的 Hana Dining Sake Bar 踏进餐厅的时候，就看见店内满满的客人 想必食物应该不错吃 赶快来翻菜单，店内有各式的日本美食ala-carte，套餐，酒类，甜点 经过一番的心理战，我们决定四个人拿 四人套餐 价钱 RM270 ；一个RM67.50（未加服务费和消费税） 可以吃到11样前菜+开胃菜+主餐；汤和甜点 感觉好值得 面纸长这样；好可爱 可以带回家（错误示范）） 点了菜，服务员会递上这样的清单 看起来真的有点多啊 Miso Soup 日本餐当然不能少了味增汤啊 日本人只要吃饭，必喝此汤 Seafood Salad 有苹果片，黄梨，蟹脚，虾子和小管的新鲜沙拉 拌前拌后都来一张;服务生都会帮你拌好（感觉好贴心）） 吃起来酸酸甜甜脆脆的；很清爽 Seafood Skewer 一人一串的海鲜烤串 一串都有着干贝，虾子搭配番茄酱当调味 Spinach Ball 用菠菜叶包裹着虾酱圆，上头再搭鱿鱼片 味道我不喜欢 :/ Cod Fish Red Miso 味增鳕鱼片；这些小小一样的盛盘真的好可爱 鳕鱼吃起来很新鲜扎实 Crab Omelette 超巨大分量的omelette，感觉有8颗蛋的分量 一人两颗蛋（惊恐））；我吃下1/4就已经有点饱了 但我本身很喜欢omelette所以还是一口接一口的吃光光 Fried Prawn Ball 炸虾肉团；普普通通 Fried Nanban Chicken 炸鸡块；普普通通 Boletus Pasta *Boletus是种野菇；所以这道是野菇pasta 味道没有很入味，就淡淡pasta的面粉味；不推！ Salmon Roll on Fire 三文鱼寿司卷 上菜前，服务员还会用手枪稍微烤焦生鱼片 Cheese Special Roll 起司寿司卷；上头满满的都是融化中的起司 因为起司有点多而且我们也开始觉得饱，所以这道吃起来超级腻 Mackerel Rice 青花鱼砂锅饭；很可惜，也是没有什么入味 砂锅饭就...

Before this, me and my friends give a try of Hungry Bunch for our pre-new year dinner.  Yeap try to avoid those scary crowds. I love pork. I like xiu-ngiu instead of char-siu.  Char-siu is too sweet for me and of course I like crispy xiu-ngiu skin. Omg drooling now.  I'm visited  Brotzeit German Bler Bar & Restaurant  on April 2014.  Yes, this is a dragged old post. Ex-colleague bought Brozeit's food voucher from groupon.com.  Her's treat before leaving company.  Thousand sadness. We visited on Friday's night so we can stay there longer time for some chit-chat time. We reached around 6pm and sunlight still available.
