Pangkor Island (Part 1)

Aloha people. 5 days break can make people feel the laziness, laziness and laziness. At the end, work might not in plan cos laziness and I am one of the example.
Anyway, just back from Pangkor Island (Pulau Pangkor). A random trip with friends before my final war get started. I always plan to go anywhere for a walk.

I will separate my trips into food & transport (part 1) and attractions (part 2)

Lets talking about foods & transport first, cos beaches photo overload, need some time there.

A trip of 5 girls and we plan to go by public transport. We depart from Kampar to Ipoh, Medan Kidd bus station and then go Roadways bus station (opposite of Medan Kidd bus station) to take bus from Ipoh to Lumut.

Bus fares:
Kampar-Ipoh: RM4.60
Ipoh-Lumut: RM8.50

Just for your info, Lumut bus station is opposite of Lumut Jetty with only 5 minutes walking distance.

Buy ferry ticket (RM 10 for bothway) and waiting to broading. We spend some time to wait for ferry cos we go on weekend. People everywhere.

You can choose what transportation you need when you're in Pangkor Island.
Motor, Car or pink color taxi that can fit more than 6 person.
Motor is the cheapest of course. But we choose car cos we have 5 person RM120 for a poor condition Proton Wira =[ We have to fill petrol ourself somemore. Price is depends on season. Weekend normally a little bit expensive. *Drive safely there

Foods Hunting Started!

Random teh-beng during my first meal in Pangkor Island.
Too sweet.

Char kuey teow in town

I ordered wan tan mee served with wan tan and pork meatball.

A random coconut drink of friend after visitation of Fu Ling Gong.
We visit there on 3pm+ mad crazy. UV light everywhere and we didnt apply sunblock either umbrella ><
Grab some iced drink to cool down ourself and chit chat.

Bat-bou-beng, known as ais kacang also. It is what I need!

Dinner at Gou lou restaurant 高佬餐厅 some website strongly recommend this. But we feel okay larrrrr..
We went there for dinner quite late, around 8.40pm+
We ordered fried kangkung, salted egg chicken, teow chew steamed fish and kampung taufu.

Laksa for breakfast in the second day. Personally think that, it is quite plain.
People recommend to add mamee. For me, nothing special >< No offence.

And my kopi-gao-gao-beng.

Chicken and duck rice before we left.
