What I do for my random Ipoh road trip

One of my friend was randomly asking, anyone want to have Ipoh road trip with her and I was accepted.
Ipoh was partly of my memory when I still studying in Kampar for degree course. We go Ipoh like twice a month for hangout, movie, bowling, Starbucks and of course delicious local foods.

So, I brought them to some of my must-go-places during our road trip and we had lots of fun during this road trip :)

Our first meal in Ipoh. I brought them to my favourite cafe in Ipoh, Jose & Deli
We need air-cond in this kind of super hot weather.
Not to mention, Jose & Deli serve quality food and coffee.
ack to here after 3 years and everything still remain the same.

I'm all the way here for this caramel egg custard 炖蛋.
his taste something like italian creme brulee with lovely egg aroma and caramel.
Some bloggers say, their caramel egg custard will be sold out after 10am.

And of course chicken kuey teow soup 鸡丝河粉
You need to wait for this patiently especially weekend. We spend more than 45 mins for these. Anyway, it worths.
The broth are sweet and taste balanced with chicken slices, prawns and taugeh.
The portion aint big, not really fill up my empty stomach but who cares?
There are so many good food in Ipoh.

Try out some pork satay here. Not much fatty cuts of meat and taste nice with the peanut sauce.

The must-have breakfast at Ipoh, dimsum. Foh Shan (富山) is the most famous one among the other. Please come early to avoid queues and traffic.

Look at the huge and nice double storey building they have.

Lots of choice of dimsum and desserts available here just to satisfy everyone's taste.

I'm would prefer their century egg porridge and also steamed dimsum.
