Pop's Eatery @ Wangsa Maju

I was slowly invading out of Puchong and PJ area for some good food recently. Friends at Setapak asked for lunch gathering at Setapak last few months. As usual, they let me to decide venue and time. 
Time shouldn't be a problem but I really not familiar with Setapak and Wangsa Maju area. End up decided to have quick lunch at Pop's Eatery. 

Pop's Eatery located at Wangsa Maju Seksyen 5, offer neighbourhood a great place for comfort food and some caffeine.

 They serve sandwiches, pastas, pocket pitas, wraps and of course desserts. It's totally affordable and nothing more than RM15.00.


Aglio Olio.
The portion is large enough for a girl anyway.

Carbonara served with diced chicken.

前言： 我记得有人告诉过我，只要你去了一次日本 你。就。回。不。去。了。 这句话真实报应在我身上 我真的回不去了（可是我很享受）） 在计划着什么时候再回去 好，回到我Osaka & Kyoto Itinerary的部分 先说 我们安排的行程抵达关西机场 Kansai Airport 后直奔 京都 Kyoto 之后再回到 大阪 Osaka ，方便我们搭回程机回Malaysia 从关西机场出发到京都最快速，最方便的方法就是搭 Haruka直通车 从机场直达直接抵达 京都车站 Kyoto Station  乘坐时间：1小时15分钟 第一天 京都 Kyoto 好不容易才摸索抵达我们下榻的旅馆 The Millenials 一晚／RM140 日本酒店价钱都偏高，低于RM100真的好难找 酒店位置很strategic，附近都有Family Mart和各种餐厅 大门口出去就是京都最繁忙的街道 - 河源町三条 来日本一定要尝试这种capsule hotel 这一家大有来头，用的设备都是iPad & iPod；非常high tech 第二天 京都 Kyoto 清水寺 Kiyomize-dera 入门票：400日元 京都最古老的寺庙 栋梁结构式，结构巧妙，没有用到半根钉子 *目前维修中，预计2020年会完成维修工作 虽然看到的是维修状态，可是这个景色还是好美 那个蓝天配上绿色植物 二年坂 Ninenzaka 最古色古香的一条街道 这里的京都气息比较浓厚，町家老房子都保存得很好 这是我最最最喜欢的景点 如果有时间，建议大家可以在这里慢慢走，发掘它的美 这里有日式榻榻米概念的星巴克 像我一样喜欢星巴克，一定不可以错过这种特色branch 所以就乘着外头大热天，我们点了一杯Soy Latte 惊讶的好喝到爆炸 💥 高台寺 Kodai-ji 入门票：600日元 【天下第一绿】这个名堂就足够带出这边的禅意 如果你是很喜欢绿色环境，想要来舒压的 可以安排来这里，什么都不做，就静静地发呆 里头的这一片小竹林安抚了我没有安排去岚山的想法 ...

逛逛新的Sunway Velocity Shopping Centre

前阵子，乘着周五半天假的机会 到新开的Sunway Velocity走走逛逛 我是那种真的有想要买东西才会逛百货广场的 宅人 （我认）） 假日去shopping centre人潮多会头疼，然后parking也难找 Sunway Velocity Mall 是前几个月新开的shopping centre 位于Sunway Velocity区里，之后会有medical centre, residence suites & hotel 距离Cheras Ikea & Mytown Shopping Centre不远 等MRT开通后，大家都可以乘搭MRT来逛街咯 Parking在B1 不确定是不是一定要经过 V-Boulevard 才可以进入Sunway Velocity Mall 入门处长这样，超级鲜艳且显眼 开始随便逛逛啦 吸引我的韩国品牌 SPAO 他们家的衣服都是很韩系（废话））而且品质很好 cutting也刚刚好 就这样莫名被买了几件衣服 Main Atrium 之后有活动都会在这里举办 偶然看见 Swensens 喜欢他们的香蕉船 吃的小店都位于最顶楼 搭Escalator上来就闻到香香的鸡蛋香啦 源味本鋪 Original Cake 台湾淡水著名的鸡蛋糕在马来西亚的第一家店 第二家在Sunway Pyramid（Pasta Zanmai附近）） 这是早上10.30的队伍 不短耶，看到都懒惰排 之前在淡水偶然买到，还是免排队的 真心好吃，大推大推 隔壁是喝港式鸳鸯，吃香港著名鸡蛋仔的 雀聖冰室 给小孩娱乐的角落（需付费）） 一家几口来，爸爸可以带着小孩来这里 妈妈可以尽情shopping（呵呵）） 太饿，寻找早餐 看到我喜欢的 Ko Hyang故乡 （ Mid Valley 也有分店哦）就进去坐下点餐 点了热薏米&刀切面Kal Guksu 吃饱继续走走逛逛 慢慢发现这里的店家跟Sunway Pyramid大同小异 大部分在那边的品牌都在这里开分店 例如： Parkson ，我喜欢的鸡排饭 Formosa ， 士林鸡扒 ， Brands Outlet 等等 ...

Are you a fans of thai cuisine that emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components. The spiciness of thai cuisine is well know. Can you spot there are chillissssss for everyone dishes on top? Anyway, it is also know for its balance of three to four fundamental taste senses in each dish: sour, sweet, salty and bitter. Thai Thai @ Sunway Pyramid The name is very catchy for me. When you thinking to have thai cuisine, automatically link to Thai Thai.  I went on Saturday night and the restaurant was full house.  Nice looking menu; I loving their menu's design.  Thai Iced Tea (Top Left), Coconut Ice Blended (Top Right), Iced Sirap Bandung (Bottom) Coconut Ice Blended is the must order beverage here.  I saw there are at least one for every table.  No joke!
