今天又是介绍甜点的时间，是我必须要戒掉但是戒不掉的冰淇淋 那天去见医生，医生看我经常因为受冷导致头疼鼻子敏感 她说可以试看看戒掉冷饮冰淇淋和冷气，多喝热茶 我心里立刻像李光洙那样大喊「安对」 Llao Llao是西班牙语 念 「摇摇」 Llao Llao Natural Frozen Yogurt是一位西班牙人研发出的 一开始只在西班牙开店，之后把经营权交给亚洲 目前亚洲总部在新加坡 有中国、马来西亚、印尼、日本、韩国、台湾等都有分店 食材部分都是早上营业前才准备 新鮮水果切出一天內皆用完；优格也是放在优格机保冷最多一天 Llao Llao 位于Midvalley最多好玩好看好吃好逛的顶楼 正确位子 靠近中厅MICC Muji Nike的小摊位 周日来就可以避开人潮，免排队就可以吃到咯 听说Llao Llao刚在Midvalley开张时，周末都是满满的人龙（太可怕）） 我之前试过排队一小时半就为了那根马币9.90的Magnum雪糕（甩发）） 其实只要忍一忍，等热潮过了再吃也不错啊 优格冰淇淋选择有五种:- Petitllao - 超小型优格 + 一种酱料 Small - 小型优格 + 一种topping Medium - 中型优格 + 三种toppings Large - 大型优格 + 三种toppings Sanum (Signature) -  大型优格 + 三种水果 + 两种脆谷饼干类 + 酱料 大中小杯的排列 让你知道分量的差异 水果类 我也不多说有什么 大家自己看 水果看起来都很新鲜 不像是切放很久有干掉的样子 酱汁类 有芒果酱，黑白巧克力酱，野莓酱，樱桃酱还有店员超级推荐的 焦糖饼干酱 （赶快笔记起来） 脆谷饼干类 M&M巧克力豆，巧克力Muesli，Oreo小饼干, Chipsmore小饼干，杏仁等 你想问说：呃，那优格冰淇淋有什么口味 Llao Llao跟其他优格冰淇淋不同就是他们只有 原味 ，好吃的东西不用太多口味 想吃其他口味，可以酱料toppings自己搭配着吃啊 这是我选的配料： 巧克力Muesli + 草莓...

It's Monday again and of course Monday blue syndrome kick started on Sunday night. Feeling tired about working life and need some vacation seriously to relaxing my mind.  Anyway, good food and desserts could have the same effect on me. They make me happy and relax.  Today wanna sharing about the famous + hit + instagram bomb desserts - MAGNUMMMMMM I think Magnum only nothing special lar..but this is special Magnum that let you create and customize your own taste with lots of options available.  Been waiting to visit Magnum Kuala Lumpur for few weeks and I able to visit for twice. Haha no more next time. First was on weekday, around dinner time. Lesser people and of course spend lesser time to queue up. Second was on weekend. Crazy queue; it tooks me 90 minutes for this.   I told myself: NO MORE NEXT TIME!! Finally we get closer to the entrance.
