A Pie Thing @ Damansara Utama
Belated Happy New Year, everyone. Sorry for my super late wishes because of my laziness.
New year everyone have new resolution, right? I been listen my friend's resolution and sharing mine one to them. Glad to know some of them did set some challenging resolution. Hope everyone will work hard to achieve what they want la.
How about mine? Nothing special; healthier lifestyle, spend more time with family and friends, do something about my blogger life, earn big money and travel twice a year.
Okay. Back to old time; a random Sunday date with my friends at A Pie Thing.
One of the insta-bomb desserts; been saw many lengzai lenglui went there for pie and post photo at Instagram.
*Fyi, A Pie Thing opens at 4PM! Yes, 4PM! Don't come on morning, ok? Anyway please come early, since mostly around 60 pies are served every evening. If you plan to come on weekends, please come before 4pm and queue up before they start business.
Our order for the day. Two pie for four girls.
Green Tea Latte // RM10.00.
It looks quite "gao" by its' appearance.
Nutella Pie // RM11.90
It come with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on top and near-molten nutella filling.
Bts: I saw there is a couple ordered this as well. The girl insist want to get a nice shot for this pie. She snap photo from different angle (from top, side, backside, front, 45 degree, 59 degree) till the ice-cream melted. I think that won't be nice anymore la.
Chicken+Mushroom Pie // RM11.90
For savoury pie, you can top up with mashed potato and/or mushy peas and gravy.
But we still go for plain one. Quite into their savoury pie, the filling is completely enclosed by pastry shell and the crust are crunchy when it still hot. Chicken mushroom filling are good taste though.
I would come back next time for their S-mores pie :)
